The secure individual card

WhosWho.studio: A secure individual card

The secure individual card is sent to each employee. It enables the user to know which information about him has been collected and their diffusion. If some data, such as those indicating the frequented schools, are reserved for HR recruitment officers, this will be mentioned.
In case of error or change, each individual may instantly change its data. Obviously, you can prohibit the modification of some data as, for example, the hierarchical level of the person.

Access to secure individual card is protected by an identifier and a password, both encrypted. The connection is made via a SSL VPN to create a direct link between the user and the remote server based in Grenoble, France.

Only the association of the identifier and the password allows access to the individual card and its information. No page exists in static, this is generated dynamically.

This card is the one access point to user to modifie its information.

Validation of new data changes user’s data instantly in all our related applications. It is therefore important to give everyone the responsability to fulfill and keep it up to date their information.

Permanent access to its photographs

The secure individual card is created by our care after the collaborator has been taken into photographs and selected the best pictures at a  photo session. At the botttom of the card, the PHOTOS tab allows access to all user's photographs. He can view these and download them individually by a "slide-drop" or simply download all of his photos by clicking on the button "Download my photos".

A legal sheet

In the RIGHTS tab, we will recall the rights and duties of the user regarding photos and personal data in accordance with our legal services and French and European laws.
