Our Who’sWho? offer naturally includes the photo-taking sessions of the co-workers at the nearest workplace, ideally within the company. In 2018, we inaugurated a new device to install our photo studio in smaller spaces. The picture above gives you an idea of the surface needed.
The dates and venues of the sessions will be predetermined with you and we shall take care of the upstream appointments, taking into account the availability of each.
In order for no one to get lost, and especially for new recruits in large companies, we suggest to temporarly affix signs in order to facilitate access to our photo sessions. Aluminum plates will be temporarily applied to the walls and strategic locations on the days when the ↑ sessions will take place..
Special attention will be given to persons with reduced mobility and visually impaired persons, if any.
How to manage appointments effectively to make sure that the person is free at a specific time and not to have ten at a time? Because we are talking about several hundred people here! This is a real challenge and a crucial point taken into account in our Who’sWho? solution. We will remember to each, or the day before, be a few hours before, the time and place of the meeting for his photo shoot.
It is important to achieve quality photos, firstly because they follow the employee over several years, secondly, because all these photos will reflect the image of your company, third, because different high definition formats will unveil the details and finally, of course, because our commitment imposes it!
Makeup is one of the essential components to achieve the best possible result.
We will therefore send to each, before the meeting, specific advice to be taken into account in order to achieve the best photographs possible.
The same will apply to the dress details to follow your recommendations. Note that a "make-up" option is proposed for you.
We usually use a backlighted white background to erase the shadows. But you can prefer a black background instead.
However, you should know that we will not be able to use one and the other background at the same photo shoot.
The Life cycle of a photo will not exceed four years: It is one of the measures for follow-up by the collaborators that we are imposing on the right to oblivion. If a person has left the company without us being informed of this in this time, then his data and photos will be, on this occasion, erased from our system.
When a person returns to another photo session, a new individual sheet will be sent to him after treatment, and its old file destroyed - old data and photos included. The applications and booklets will take this modification immediately into account. As for the authorization and identification, they will remain unchanged on our ecosystem.
If you want to work with a photographer in particular, no problem, we will adjust our methodology.
It is essential for us to let the user to choose his photographs, because it is at this moment that he consents to make the selected photos, those which will be used thereafter to represent him within the company.
We will note, via our internal application, the numbers of the photos selected for this employee.
We will then ask him, if he wishes that we retouch eventually the images and to remove, as far as possible, some imperfections...
This will of course be outlawed for photos intended for official documents and taken as such.
We take several shots of the person in pre-determined poses. At the end, he tells us the photos he prefers. These will serve as the basis for its official multi-format photos.
We are conscious of the often busy schedules for your employees and this is why we commit to a minimum time of presence for them.
An option includes the presence of a professional makeup artist during some sessions.
The quality of the photograph will be greatly increased.
